Do you ever have a moment where you connect with a piece of art or a particular artist? Where it touches a nerve inside of you and makes your heart nearly leap forward? I find it very curious that there are so many artists in the world today making their mark on the world. And every once in a awhile it can feel like I am a small fish in a very big ocean, but then I see work like that of Hillary Webb. And I feel a physical and emotional connection to her work. It awakens a piece of me. The power of art!
Who are your favorite artists? I would love to hear about the art that moves you!
not that they aren't all gorgeous but i love the white framed piece ... so simple & stunning, with all those textures & "hues" of white! i love it.

I like Hillary's work too -- I own some of it! There is another collage artist from Toronto whose work that I love -- Susan Szenes
