Blogging Your Way: Friends and Favs

You may have heard some buzz about Holly Becker's "Blogging Your Way" online blog class. Well, I was one of the fortunate few to be a part of this very talented group of bloggers. With over 200 students in the class, from across the globe coming in with various subject matters, Holly handled the class masterfully.  She is an excellent teacher by nature and offered in depth subjects, podcasts, interactive homework assignments and much more from her personal well of knowledge on blogging. One of the most inspiring parts of the class was the on-line community which Holly created. I feel that I have 200 new friends.  There was a connection and constant encouragement to post in forums and "get to know each other" through reading one another's blogs. So, I have compiled my list of class favs.

Lolina: The Sweet Life- A deliciously beautiful designed decor, style, travel, wedding and celebration blog written by Laura. She is inspired to help others live the sweet life and so far is succeeding abundantly.

Discover: Interior Design- the name says it all. Atlanta based designer, Kristin Warbington brings together trends, inspiration and design insider info to her sharp blog. 

Dress, Design, Decor: get ready to fall in love with design all over again. Daniella is a prolific blogger with daily posts (even multiple posts per day). Her inspiration is overall design and she features interiors, fashion, graphic, artists,etc... You name it and Im sure she has seen it and blogged about it. 

Saidos da Concha: this is the blog of Constanca, an amazing seamstress/crafty whom I discovered on Flickr months ago and fell in love with her bright, cheerful Portuguese style. Oh yeah, it is a bilingual blog to boot!

Tree A. Ware: Isn't this a clever blog title. Gillian is a talented photographer living in England and California and this is her documentation of the trees/foliage in her life. It is visual treat and wonderfully fresh and inspiring blog to mark as your fav.

ArtyGirl:  Wini from Austraila has a design delight in store for you. She features designers, illustrators, artists, and local inspiration. A design student herself she pools her creative knowledge in this one spot. 

Now for more inspiration from the talented group of ladies who composed my Homework group. They provided support and encouragement along the way.  Thank You All!!
