Ever since I was about 8 years old I dreamed of the day I could travel to the United Kingdom for shopping and tea. Well now I can (in a matter of speaking) go shopping at least. So make your cup of tea and come along with me to a fabulous little shop in the market town of Corbridge named, RE which features everything you could dream of for home, body, garden, bed, bath, dining, etc...
With backgrounds in fashion design, the owners, Simon Young and Jenny Vaughn named their shop for two large metal Paris flea market letters "RE". This savvy duo has designed a venerable online marketplace with categories which include the letters of their namesake (fREsh, RElax, REcycle, funfaRE).
Did I mention that RE carries recycled art/homewares, local handmade textiles, and global market items? So, take another sip of tea and enjoy shopping at RE!
