      How was your weekend? Was it relaxing and soothing? Mine was. Very low key, time spent with the hubbie, and shopping at a local flea market. Doesn't get much better than that! Thanks to his help we scored some Russel Wright serving pieces to start my collection. So, Im sure you have heard by now about The Poppies , Poppytalk's online voting competition for favorites in Handmade Art. You may know someone who has been nominated or you may be nominated yourself!  Here is a little round up of some of my favorites, but I also found scores of shops, blogs, and artists I had not heard about yet who were among the nominees. (they provide links to each one to check them out). So have fun voting today !
