Looking for a spot of sunshine? How about introducing a touch of yellow in your life? I know its St. Patricks Day this week but I cant stop imagining golden hues. Maybe it is the touches of blooming forsythia against the gray hillsides that has me inspired. I don't typically wear yellow but do like touches of it in accessories. Little rays of light.
How do you do yellow in your life?

I have had a yellow period in my life when I was in university, but now I am not so in to it anymore. The only yellow flowers I like are craspedia (the second picture) and I can bare a few yellow accessories, but that is quite enough for me in the house. Outside, I cannot see enough sunshine though!
love, Iris

Wow! You actually made me like yellow for a minute. (I just found you via Creative Mint. So glad I did.)

Oh yay thank you for featuring my vintage cups! What an incredibly cheerful post. I used to have bright sunny yellow bath towels that were my absolute favourite. After seeing this post I think I need to get rid of the current ones and go back to yellow. It's a great colour to start your morning with :o) I loooove your blog.

I typically don't like yellow, not for home decor nor for clothes nor accessories BUT lately I have to admit maybe I was wrong: I'm starting developing a color crush on it, specially golden hues + white...
Thanks again Heather for your sweet comments recently. I'm so happy.
Have a bright shiny happy day!
