Little reminders...
After a long awaited dr.'s appt this week I am now entering into a month long battery of tests to determine what my root health problem is. There is much still unknown.
Tears came, sleeplessness came and went and now I am facing a new day. With sunshine at my helm today I have committed to go forth... one step at a time.
Thanks to Kim Smith at Art=Happy for some blessed and beautiful reminders to keep me going.
And thank you for being such dear, supportive friends with me on this journey. You inspire me daily, so... tell me...
What mottos do you live by ??

While I've found that ol "everything happens for a reason" has been my go-to mantra when times are tough, I also love this quote:
"In the depth of winter, I finally learned that within me there lay an invincible summer."
-- Albert Camus
Sending warm & happy thoughts your way!!

i'm thinking about you and hoping for the best! one motto i've been using a lot lately is 'i can't be the first person this has ever happened to'. it's not very poetic, but it helps me see the bigger picture, reminds me to seek out help and to find a sense of community within all the obstacles that life conjures up.

What a great attitude towards it! Good for you! Those are two great mantras that I'm sure will help you through :)

I don't have a motto; maybe I should try to think of one?
"Hey you there, you're not so bad."
Well, it's a start.
