Good Morning and Happy New Week! After a whrilwind of work related projects this weekend, I am actually glad its monday. And I am looking forward to this week, because it means creative labor not limited to refinishing furniture. (my day job). Anyway, I have been thinking about Romance over the weekend.. you know that exciting mystery which delves into the fantastical and somewhat fairytale. The pieces of life that pulls at our heart strings. For me its simple beauties. A single flower bloom beginning to open, an unexpected gesture from a friend or loved one, a sunrise, or even a deep long cleansing breath. And then exhale with gratitude. So today I am full of thanks for those simple graces that lead me into The Divine Romance.

Blog of the Week: Green Wedding Shoes

 

 

Isn't it romantic?? Ahhh... outdoor summer weddings where the world has a amber glow of life and romance. These images from Green Wedding Shoes have me swooning in love all over again with my dear Robert. He is the man of my dreams and even after 7 years he can still sweep me off my feet! (It sure doesn't hurt that he is a classical guitar player and can serenade me at a moment's notice). This weekend was our first time to spend some time together just the two of us since my family was here and we enjoyed an outdoor music festival, gelato (did you know they make double dark chocolate?) brunch at a new place for us, and of course top it off with a trip to Grimey's and Plaza Art.
